Refunds, & Lab-Grade Integrity

1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders if additional verification is required.
2. Shipping Methods
- Orders are shipped via reputable national carriers.
- Delivery timelines vary based on:
- Carrier performance
- Destination
- Weather conditions
- External factors beyond our control
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
3. Shipping Address Accuracy
- Customers please be responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- Xtreme Peptide Partners is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, reshipping fees may apply.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s policies.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
- We will reasonably assist with carrier inquiries but are not responsible for carrier-related delivery issues.
5. Reason For No Refunds
- For safety, compliance, and quality-control reasons:
- Once products leave our control , we cannot verify proper handling, storage ,or use. For this reason we cannot accept returns or issue refunds under ant circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Incorrect dosage assumptions or research planning
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Delays caused by carrier
- Refusal of delivery or unclaimed packages
- Laboratory materials cannot be returned once shipped
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or misuse.
6. Order Refusal & Cancellation
- We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service
- Limit quantities
- If an order is canceled prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued.
