Refunds, & Lab-Grade Integrity

1. Order Processing
  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed as any other day.
  • We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders if additional verification is required.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via reputable national carriers
  • Delivery timelines vary based on :
  • Carrier performance 
  • Destination
  • Weather conditions
  • External factors beyond our control
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

3. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers please be responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
  • Xtreme Peptide Partners is not responsible for:
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, reshipping fees may apply.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s policies.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
  • We will reasonably assist with carrier inquiries but are not responsible for carrier-related delivery issues.

5. Reason For No Refunds

  • For safety, compliance, and quality-control reasons:
  • Once products leave our control , we cannot verify proper handling, storage ​,or use. For this reason we cannot accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to :
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Incorrect dosage assumptions or research planning
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Delays caused by carrier
  • Refusal of delivery or unclaimed packages
  • Laboratory materials cannot be returned once shipped
  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or misuse.

6. Order Refusal & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to:
  • Refuse service
  • Limit quantities
  • If an order is canceled prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued.
